The truffles were known in the old age, they were used for culinary purposes by the Roman emperors, they were also popular with the Austro-Hungarian nobility. They grow up to fifty centimeters underground in symbiosis with the trees along with the roots of these, giving them a special aroma and taste. The magical cult of the truffle is accompanied by the belief of its power as it is considered aphrodisiac.
We will find out all the secrets about black and white truffles and learn how we can use them in culinary, what are the prices on the market etc.
